To start a blog, you can hire a freelancer to install your blog and to tweak a nice design.
But, IT’S NOTHING AT ALL.
You don’t need to hire any freelancer to install your blog!

A good looking blog indicates you’re more professional. But it’s more important: What are you delivering? than How to look at you are?
Yeah! I’m talking about the quality content, The king of blogsphare!
Blah! Blah!! Blah!!!
You’re talking about an old saying.
Oh! no it’s not the fact, the saying is old or new. It’s the fact that it is true forever!
Content is the blood of a blog. This is the reason, why you’re reading this blog. If I’ve a superb design but no content, will you re-visit this blog?
Absolutely NOT!
So, you must have to create quality content to achieve your blogging success.
You may hire freelance copywriter(s) to write content for your blog. It’s OK to deliver quality content.
BUT……………..
After delivering the content, people will seek more from you (Your Blog). They will ask more info about the topic (article).
While you are not the creator of the content, how will you satisfy them with more info?
So, as a blogger you must have to DO IT YOURSELF (DIY).
To create content many blogger’s accept guest post. It’s an intelligent idea to free content.
But, if you don’t have huge audience, why people will write for you? while they have nothing to be rewarded (i.e. visitor, pagerank).
So, at first you’ve to make a large audience, before asking for guest post.
In blogging there is NO BOSS, you are your BOSS. This is why many people like blogging and choose it as profession.
BUT…………
There is NO BOSS means there is nobody to instruct you, nobody to lead you in to the right path.
So, you’ve to lead yourself. It is not always be possible to deliver the right content, if you can’t understand what things your audience are looking for?
As there is NO BOSS to advice you, so be interactive with your readers. Think their feedback as valuable recommendation and deliver them what they need. It will help you not only to deliver the right content but also to make a strong readership. It also help to make your random readers into loyal.

Sorry eunus i’m not with you! Blog design is also essential as like as it’s content. When people come to your blog the very first point come to their eyes is blog design. And then content. Of course quality content is important. But blog design is important too. So it’s will be best if you have a good designed and quality contentful blog. It’s already proved that blog design affect blog readers many time. So you can’t go against it since it has already proved.
Oh Alamin! I haven’t said that Blog design is not required, but it is less important than quality content. Look at Google’s homepage, how simple it is! And look at Yahoo’s homepage, which is more attractive? Sure, Yahoo!
But you use Google to search, Right? Why?
Because of their service, that means for their content.
